At Little Lodge Confectionery, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Postage - All our orders are sent 1st class Royal Mail. In times of extreme heat, mailing parcels will be held off until a cooler day. If your package is more urgent I will contact you to discuss options, but I cannot accept liability for melted products.
Delivery times - I hold a stock of most items ready to go and they will be posted within 7 working days. Bespoke or larger orders will be posted within 10 working days.
Missed Deliveries - I use Royal Mail so if you are not in when your order arrives they should leave a card for you. I get tracking information should a parcel go missing but any disputes should be taken up with Royal Mail.
Returns - returns can only be made if the product is incorrect, the product will need to be in the original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase. P&P is non refundable.
Privacy - The only details I hold are the contact details you provide to me to enable me to post your order. I cannot and do not hold any payment information which is provided via paypal or stripe. At the moment I do not collect email addresses for newsletters.
